Handwoven burgundy ikat ruana from Argentina, woven on a traditional criollo loom with 8000 warp threads by artisan weavers in Belén, Catamarca. The ikat dyeing technique is applied directly to the warp threads before weaving, creating the distinctive blurred halo effect on each circle motif in nude and ecru tones. Long burgundy fringe at the hem. One of a kind limited edition piece.
